The Council usually meets on the first Tuesday of each month except during August and january. Come along and find out what we do on your behalf; There is a democratic half-hour where you can raise issues.

Parish councils raise their money through the Parish Precept. This is a charge added to the Council Tax. It is typically £15-20 per year for a D-band property. This raises about £5,000 per year. See the Finance page for more details on how the money is spent. Parish Councillors are unpaid and receive no allowance, except £40 per annum for the chairman. The Clerk is a part time employee of the council.
